Meet Brianne.
Lasting strength starts in the mind and is built by understanding the body.

- ACE-certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer

- Former competitive bodybuilder

A challenge became a passion.
A passion became a purpose.
For much of her life, Brianne had a complicated relationship with food, fitness and her body. Like so many people, she believed the answer was to eat less, do more and chase a version of “perfect.”
Strength training changed that.
What began as a personal challenge grew into a passion for bodybuilding. Brianne earned her PNBA Pro Card and competed at Natural Olympia, but the biggest transformation was not physical. It was discovering the confidence, resilience and freedom that come from training with purpose.

Her own sports injuries and everyday aches sparked a deeper interest in how the body moves, what can contribute to pain or limitation and how thoughtful strength training can improve quality of life. That curiosity led Brianne to become an ACE-certified health coach and personal trainer and a United Health Education Practitioner, shaping the rehab-informed philosophy behind Mental Sweat.
Today, Brianne helps clients build strength, move with greater confidence and create nutrition and lifestyle habits that support the life they want to live.
Mental Sweat brings together rehab-informed training, practical nutrition and whole-person coaching to help people feel stronger, move better and stay capable for years to come.
The body can only be pushed so far.
It’s the mind that does the heavy lifting.
Training matters. Nutrition matters. But so do stress, sleep, recovery, confidence, consistency and the choices that shape your everyday health.
Mental Sweat isn’t about perfection. It’s about understanding your body, trusting yourself and building habits that hold up in real life.
Because strength isn’t just about what you can lift.
It’s about how confidently you can live.
